Allyson Casseday
Allyson Casseday serves as the Lead External Training and Communications Specialist for the Corporate Franchise Tax Division at the Minnesota Department of Revenue. Since joining the department in 2002, she has held key training roles in both the Collection and Corporate Franchise Tax divisions, bringing in over two decades of experience in public service and instructional leadership.
Allyson holds Bachelor of Science degrees in and human resource management from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota as well as a communications certificate from the University of Minnesota. She is currently pursuing a certificate in organization development from the University of Minnesota.
Halle Rotty serves as an External Training and Communications Specialist for the Corporate Franchise Tax Division at the Minnesota Department of Revenue. Since joining the department in 2023, she has educated Minnesota taxpayers through audits, classes, and presentations.
Halle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration- Management and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She is currently pursuing a certificate in communications from the University of Minnesota.
