Site Coordinator Information for Tax Assistance Programs
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) programs rely on strong site coordinators to ensure their success.
A site coordinator oversees daily operations, supports volunteers, and makes sure customers receive high quality tax assistance.
A successful site coordinator creates a welcoming environment where volunteers, customers, and staff feel supported. This positive atmosphere makes the tax preparation experience better for everyone.
