2025 Program Update
We are reviewing law changes passed during this year's legislative session. Some of the changes affect the e-Bike Rebate program. At this time, we expect 2025 e-bike rebate certificates to be available in late summer or early fall.

The Electric-Assisted Bicycle Rebate (e-Bike Rebate) is designed to reduce the cost for Minnesota residents to buy a new e-bike at eligible retailers. 

Individuals (buyers) and retailers must apply to the Minnesota Department of Revenue to take part in the program. Total rebates are limited to $2 million per year in 2024 and 2025.
