Make a Payment from the Levy Account

You can use the Levy Account to manage wage and/or bank levies you receive from the Minnesota Department of Revenue.

To make a payment on the Levy Account:

  1. Select the Levy link from the Accounts tab.
  • If you have both bank and wage levies, review the Filing Frequency column for the appropriate type.
  • If you do not see Levy under the Accounts tab, your e-Services Master will need to grant you access.

   2.   Select the Submit Levy Payments link from the I Want To section.

   3.   Complete the remaining steps as directed in e-Services. You will be able to view this payment from your History tab.

Note: You have the option to make a payment when submitting your levy disclosures. If you want to make a payment at a later date, you have several methods you can use to submit the payment. In addition to making the payment from the Levy Account, you can:
