Complete a Payroll Schedule

When you file a quarterly Withholding Tax return, you must complete a Payroll Schedule. To avoid common mistakes, remember:

• The Payroll Date is the date you paid your employees.
• The Amount Withheld is the total amount of withholding for the payroll period.
• If you have multiple Payroll Dates, enter each one separately (more rows will be added automatically).
