Change a Return
After you submit a return in e-Services you can change it to update or fix the information you provided. The three ways to change a return are outlined below. Your options for changing the return may vary, based on its status (pending or processed).
From Manage Returns
Select Manage Returns on the customer or account.
Select Change a Return.
Select the Account type of the return you want to change from the drop-down menu.
Select the status of the return you want to change.
Select the Change link. Complete the remaining steps as directed.
From the Return (for Completed returns only)
While viewing the return, select Change. Complete the remaining steps as directed.
From the Request (for Pending returns only)
While viewing the return request, select Change. Complete the remaining steps as directed. (You can access the return request from either the History tab or the account page.)
If you made a payment with your return, e-Services will walk you through cancelling the payment.
