Submit Levy Disclosures and Payments

Am I required to submit levy disclosures electronically?

It depends on the type of levy.

​Bank ​You can send us the required information electronically in e-Services.
​Wage ​You must send us the required information electronically in e-Services.

What are the electronic disclosure options?

You have three options when submitting your levy disclosures electronically:

  • Use the Levy account to see a list of levies and select which ones to respond to.
  • Manually enter each disclosure using the levy Letter ID and Letter Date.
  • Import an XML file.
Note: You will have the option to make a payment while submitting levy disclosures using any of these options.

Use the Levy Account

We will create a Levy Account for the e-Services Master the first time we issue you a wage or bank levy. You can use the Levy Account to view a list of levies and select which ones to respond to. 

  1. Log in to e-Services.
  2. Select the Levy link from the Accounts tab.
    • If you have both bank and wage levies, review the Filing Frequency column for the appropriate type.
    • If you do not see Levy under the Accounts tab, your e-Services Master will need to grant you access.

   3.   Select the Submit levy disclosures link from the I Want To section.

   4.   Select Next under the Manually Enter your Levy Disclosure Data option.

   5.   Complete the remaining steps as directed.

Manually Enter Levy Disclosures 

You can manually enter in your levy disclosure information. To do so:

  1.  Log in to e-Services.
  2. Select Submit levy disclosures in the I Want To section.
  3. Select Next under the Manually Enter your Levy Disclosure Data option.
  4. Complete the remaining steps as directed.

Import an XML File 

You can import an XML file containing the levy disclosure data. The XML file has a specific schema that must be used so the file is processed correctly. For more information on the file format, see the Levy File Format page.

  1. Log in to e-Services.
  2. Select Submit a levy disclosure in the I Want To section.
  3. Select Import Your Data under the Import Your Data option.
  4. Select the file you are importing.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Complete the remaining steps as directed.

What are the payment options?

You have the option to make a payment with your levy disclosures. If you want to make a payment at a later date, you have several methods you can use to submit the payment. Use the links below to determine which method is best for you.
