What are requests?

Requests are the items you submit in e-Services. Examples include returns, payments, levy disclosures, W-2s, and address changes.

Where can I find my requests?

Requests are found under the History tab.

What do the statuses mean?

  • Not Submitted - Your request was saved but not finished. You must finish this request. See our Save and Finish Later page for more information.
  • Submitted - Your request is waiting to be processed. You can still make changes or withdraw (cancel) your request.
  • Processing - Your request is being processed by us. You will not be able to make any changes when we are processing your requests.
  • Completed - Your request has completed processing. It may take up to three days for payments to be processed by your bank. Please review your bank records to verify the payment has been processed.
  • Withdrawn - Your request was cancelled by you and was not processed. You must submit another request if needed.
  • Expired - Your saved request was not completed in 14 days and was not processed. You must submit another request if needed.

Note:  We will send you a message or email if your bank does not honor a payment. Your payment will still have a "Completed" status if this happens.
