  The eligibility table below shows how we determine who receives this aid. Based on these criteria, we list all qualified cities, towns and their aid amounts in the documents posted on the UVTA page. If your city or town is not listed for a given year, it is not eligible for this aid.

  If your assessment year 2007 old rule utility NTC minus your current year utility NTC is​:	Then​:
  Greater than 4% of your assessment year 2007 old rule utility NTC	You are eligible for this aid.​
  Less than or equal to 4% of your assessment year 2007 old rule utility NTC	You are NOT eligible for this aid.
