  You may need to postpone the foreclosure in order to meet this statutory requirement. If foreclosure has already occurred, you may be required to submit a partial lien release request to have the lien removed from the property.

  The Minnesota Department of Revenue will not send confirmation that notice was received. You may call the department at 651-556-3003, 800-657-3909 or TTY at 711 to verify notice was received.​
