  • How soon after I make a payment can I renew a license?Back to top

    To have a suspended license reinstated, the citation(s) that caused the suspension need to be paid in full, including our collection costsWe prefer you pay with secured funds.

    The payment can post to our system in 2-14 days.  Once it posts, it can take an additional 3-5 days before the referring agency receives your payment.                                   

    We only act as a collection agency, so all questions regarding renewing a suspended license must be directed to the referring agency.                                                              

  • What if I believe the debt is not valid?Back to top

    ​If you believe the debt is not valid, you must contact us. Otherwise, we will continue to collect it.
