  The agreements must be on file on or before Oct. 30 of each year. (Please see Electronic Filing Developer’s Guide – Acceptance and Participation.)​

  We add developers to this system using their EFIN, ETIN and FEIN. All three are required to link you to our system.​

• Do forms that are not scanned or read via Optical Character Recognition have to mirror Minnesota’s forms?Back to top

  Yes, Minnesota requires that all forms mirror ours. Please send form inquires to our new email address at: Efile.FormApproval@state.mn.us​
