  • What is a Letter ID?Back to top

    ​The Letter ID displays in the upper right hand corner of a letter you received from the Minnesota Department of Revenue.

  • Will I get a confirmation number if I make a payment?Back to top

    Yes, you will receive a confirmation page once you completed your payment. The payment confirmation will be emailed to you, or you can use the Printer Friendly button at the bottom of the payment confirmation page.​

  • I made a payment but I would like to change the amount. Can I do that?Back to top

    Once a payment has completed processing, you cannot change the amount.

    If your payment has not been picked up for processing, you can cancel your payment and submit a new one.

  • I made a payment by accident, can I cancel it?Back to top

    You can cancel your payment so long it has not completed processing. For additional help, see e-Services Payment System - Cancelling Payment page.
