eCRV System
Looking to enter and create an eCRV for submission ? Access the eCRV system and follow the online instructions.
e-Recording of CRV information
- For a FULL Use county using eCRV, the submitter will be instructed to save the eCRV ID created on submission. They may simply include the eCRV ID in the e-recording packet given to the county.
- For all other counties, a copy of the eCRV PDF must be provided in any e-recording packet to the county. E-recording companies have already adjusted their systems for the transmission of eCRV documents.
Important Information
Full Use eCRV County Submissions
Upon completing an eCRV for sales in counties where FULL eCRV is available, you will receive a CRV ID. You must include this number when submitting your deed for the property. The county will not know about the CRV information until you send your CRV ID, along with your deed to the county of sale.
Form Use eCRV County Submissions
Upon completing an eCRV form for sales in counties where FORM eCRV is available, you will receive a link to a PDF file with the CRV information. You must print the PDF, or include this PDF in an e-recording packet, along with the deed for the property to give to the county. The FORM use county of sale will not know about the CRV information until they receive a copy of the eCRV and the deed from you.
